YOUR HELP CAN SAVE MY FAMILY! WHERE IS THE JUSTICE?

READ THIS PLEASE, I NEED YOUR HELP!!!!! Last month, my daughters "best friend" said that she had finished her tour of duty and wanted to move because her boyfriend was mistreating her. I, having known this girl as a friend of my daughters for some time advised her that since we had an empty room and I couldnt stand the thought of her being abused, that she could stay with us for a while till got on her feet. Both her and my daughter were to go to San Diego and see a friend before he was deployed, take a girls vacation. Raquel accepted the offer politely. The day she was to move here, she called crying that her boyfriend took her car keys, phone, credit card. She said she was going to have to wait, be nice to him to get them back and then would leave soon as she could. A few days later she showed up at our door with a few clothes and some household accessories. She told my daughter that she wanted to visit her parents because she wanted to see her daughter. My daughter said she would go with her and take my grandaughter so they could play together. Next morning, Raquel Bulcher woke up and left without telling my daughter. When she finally came back, she said that her parents were in the Phillipines and had taken her daughter with them. Later that day, they took my grandaughter to stay with my exhusband in Scottsville, VA. They met him and his girlfriend in West Virginia at a half way mark so no one had to drive too long. He met Raquel and my daughter in WV and then they drove back. Two days later they left for sunny California.

All was going fine. When they were to be on there way back after three weeks there, I told my daughter that since they would be jet lagged from the long flight from Cali back to Ohio that I would drive to Scottsville to pick up my grandaughter. My daughter advised me that would be nice. Raquel said that since I drive an SUV and she has a small car, why not save money, and not risk driving my vehicle and take hers instead. My daughter agreed since I have a cracked driveshaft and other problems with my vehicle that it would be safer and cheaper to do that. I told Raquel thank you and called my ex and advised him that my youngest daughter and myself were on our way to pick up the grandbaby.

We had fun taking pictures and roadtripping over the mountains and definitely thru the woods and finally got there. We stayed the night and left next morning. The drive back took twice as long because the rain was horrible. I decided that I would go off printed directions from web, oops! We were dealing with a crying baby, nothing but trees and endless road for miles, and somehow I missed exit and we landed ourselves in Kentucky. I stopped and asked an officer for directions at a gas station and we finally crossed the river back into Ohio...I told my daughter, I could get out and kiss the sweet OH ground. By this time its getting pretty late and we had been driving for HOURS!! We took one last stop at a gas station and Taco Bell and I told my daughter we are not stopping again till my head is on my pillow.

As I was telling her that, so tired that all I could think about after now 10 hours in car I saw it. The most glorious sign ever. Columbus 30(something) miles! I got so excited that we were almost done with this long and very tiring trip, that I started to speed up. Right about then, I saw sirens behind me. I pulled over to the side. When the officer approached the car, I explained that long trip, tired, screaming baby and just want to get home, sorry and knew was speeding -as I was handing him my license. He quickly replied that was not the main issue. HUH?? He then proceeded to tell me I was driving a STOLEN vehicle. I quickly replied, that is not true, told him whose car it was and that had permission to drive it. He asked where the paperwork was and I remembered that was told everything in glove box in her military folder. Went thru the folder and didnt see it. He advised me to get out of the vehicle and go to the back of the car. He then proceeded to tell me that I was going to jail for having a stolen vehicle. Another officer was talking very nasty to my daughter, telling her dont you dare move. She was crying, baby getting restless, and I was escorted to the back of the police car. I told the officer the story of why driving her car, and asked him to call her that she would explain that I have permission to drive it. I then immediately thought about the ex boyfriend of hers that was abusive and wondered if it was of his doing to mess with her. I asked the office to please call.

Problem One is that after 10 hours in a car, cell phone was completely dead and my daughter didnt have her number on her phone. Officer then said that I was going to jail for receiving stolen property. He said that if no one could come and get my daughter and grandbaby that they would go to social services. My daughter finally contacted my grandbabys mom, got permission for baby to go with another sister over 18, I gave permission for my daughter to go with her. OFF TO JAIL I WENT!!! I couldnt stop thinking how this is not right, how could this be?? Even the officer said that if ever there was a victim, I was it. YET HE ARRESTED ME??

Now I work in the legal field, so this is not something that I can have in my background. After 43 years and not even a speeding ticket till this one, I am now in jeopardy of losing my job, having a felony record, losing my house and everything I have tried to work so hard for. I am not an attorney. I simply work as a client liaison. I have four kids and a grandaughter that I raise and support on my own, and extra money is not something I see EVER!!

My daughter used her entire savings that she had (which was to purchase a used car) to bonding me out of jail...Again, still stunned that this is even happening! I get home and am looking for some clue that what they have told me is right. Never would I think of going thru someones personal things, but after a night in jail wrongfully accused of something. MY VIEWS HAD CHANGED. I started looking thru her checkbook ledger for some sign that this was not her car and was as they said rented vehicle that she never returned. (DID I TELL YOU THAT THEY FOUND SHE HAD A WARRANT OUT FOR HER ARREST IN NORFOLK VA FOR THIS) I have not slept as of yet, and the pages on the checkbook flipped on me. When I opened it back up, the names on checkbook was not Raquel Bulcher. It was her parents. I called 411, hoping for a number and to leave them a message for when they got back from Phillipines. Instead a female answered the phone. I asked, Mrs Bulcher?? She said yes. I advised shocked answered, thought in Philipines, she said oh honey we havent been there in a year. I advised that needed to speak with them, was important. I explained who I was and what had happened. They informed me that Raquel had stolen their checks, money from their account and broke in house a couple weeks ago. I told her that time frame was right before Raquel and my daughter left for Cali.

As I was talking to her, she asked if could talk to her husband, so I re-explained everything to him. He sighed heavy. I meanwhile still going thru her things, found personal information with other names on it. I noticed last names familiar. I asked her father who this one person was...He got very quiet for a minute and then replyed that was her deceased sister. I then told him that there are soc security number and credit cards in that name to Raquels old address in VA. I then found more credit card bills in her moms name, her 1 and a half year old daughters name, and several random credit card numbers written on napkins, small pieces of paper, etc with the numbers, expiration dates and security codes. Her father then said that he is appalled at what his daughter has done to him and others. He then said to me, "Did you know that RAQUEL BULCHER IS AWOL FROM THE NAVY?" I told him, no. I advised him that she was discharged and finished with her tour. He said that the Navy called him in February and asked him if she was there, and told him she was AWOL. I said, I was not aware, however this may help to get her picked up and punished for the crime that I had been blamed for. He said do you know the address of where she is staying with your daughter. I told him yes! He said tell your daughter to leave and get home and that he hated to tell me this, but to call and report the address and that she is AWOL so she is picked up.

Mind you, this is at 5 am here in Ohio, so Cali is 3 behind us. I immediately got off the phone with him and told my daughter what I was doing and that she needed to find a ride to the airport now so RAQUEL didnt try to harm her when this all happens. I searched the web, called number after number and finally found the right person. I was told by them that RAQUEL BULCHER WAS NO LONGER CONSIDERED AWOL, SHE HAD BEEN GONE LONG ENOUGH THAT SHE WAS A DESERTER.

The military told me rest assured that they would go and pick her up, I gave them the address. They did as they said they would. Now, I dont know about you, but as far as I know that is a very serious crime in itself. I then spoke with the NCIS office in Chicago IL. I told them the whole story about what happened and all I found in her things, and they said that she was in custody.

HERES WHERE IT GETS REALLY MESSED UP!!! I was then told that they wouldnt charge her for anything else, even though she is property of the military/government, and that they were going to discharge her and release her! I called to the Virginia police department which then said that they wouldnt extradite her because they dont go that far! The military wouldnt even send her back to her home base so she could be taken from there. I am looking at being charged with this because no one will force her to take responsibility for her actions, and I am the scapegoat. I had to use my rent money for an attorney and I am facing jail time for a crime that I didnt commit knowingly. All roads lead back to RAQUEL BULCHER, AND SHE IS ON FACEBOOK TALKING CRAP AND OUT FREE!!!

THE MILITARY DIDNT PROSECUTE HER FOR EVEN BEING A DESERTER???? WHAT HAS THIS WORLD COME TO?
